1. What Information Lavates Collects
Information you provide us:

● When you use Prescription Check: When you use Prescription Check, you disclose certain information about yourself

If you contact us in person, by phone (calling or texting), email, instant message, live chat, through social media or our App, or by some other means, we may keep a record of your contact information and the content of the communication for later reference. When we send you emails, we may track whether you open them to learn how to deliver a better customer experience and improve our Services. ● We didn't store any data that we are collecting by the TrueDepth API. All data collected by the TrueDepth API will be deleted when the session finishes.

● Information you provide during a transaction, or other transaction-based content that you generate or that is connected to your use of the Platform as a result of a transaction you are involved in such as your eyeglasses prescription.
● Other content that you generate, or your account activities (e.g., adding items to your shopping cart, adding items to your saved items list, etc.).
● The contents of your interaction with our customer support or sales departments, which may include text/video/audio recording and transcripts of such communications.
● Financial information (such as credit card or bank account numbers), which is processed by our third-party services providers.
● Information you voluntarily provide to the Platform to personalize your Platform interface, such as age, preferred language, preferences, etc.

When Performing the Services: We collect and process your Personal Information to provide you with the Services, following your acceptance of this Privacy Policy; to maintain and improve our Services; to develop new services and features for our users, and to personalize the Services in order for you to get a better user experience.

If you have created a user account through the Site, you will have the ability to access, update and correct the personal information you have provided in connection with your account by logging into your account through the Site.
2. Right of Deletion.

Even after you delete your account or your account is otherwise terminated, we may retain your information as long as we have a legitimate purpose to do so and in accordance with applicable law. We also may retain backup copies of your information on our servers or databases (and/or any authorized third-party servers or databases we use) for legitimate purposes such as to assist with any legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce Our agreements. Such information may be disclosed pursuant to this Privacy Policy regardless of whether your account is deleted or terminated.
Children’s Information
The Site is not intended for children under age 16. We do not knowingly collect or distribute personal information that we collect directly from children under the age of 16. We may collect prescription information for children under the age of 16, and other information as necessary to effect payment for, and delivery of a Lavates product, if a parent or guardian of a child places an order for a child’s glasses through our Services. We will use this prescription information and the related payment and delivery information collected in the course of fulfilling that order only for fulfilling the applicable order, and only within the limits permitted by applicable law.
